All batteries have a 2 year warranty so if there is an issue we can arrange a replacement if needed. Returns are accepted if there is a genuine fault with the battery. Batteries that have been charged incorrectly won't be accepted for a refund or replacement. All our batteries are inspected before delivery or collection. 

All batteries are sent out within 1 working day using Royal Mail. Please be aware any orders made on a Friday may experience a postage delay due to the weekend.

Collections are welcomed and prefered. All collections are normally available the next working day afer 11:00AM but you will be notified when your battery is in-store.

We are unable to have every battery on the shelf so in some cases they will be ordered direct and arrive the next working day. If you require a battery on a same day collection please contact pior to payment so we can stock check.
