Milled aluminium body, spring strut in spring preload and rebound (30 clicks) adjustable.

The spring preload is locked using a grub screw.

The length of the damper is adjustable by + -5mm.

The setting tool is included in the scope of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before completing your order:

Non-Returnable Items: Shocks are classed as special-orders and are non-returnable.

Return Window: New, unused motorcycle shocks may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Accpeted Returns: We can accept returns if the item is defective, in such cases a replacement will be sent out. We take photos/videos of the items before shipping to counter false claims.

Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation. Installed or used shocks cannot be returned.

Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at valleymotorcycles@hotmail.com before sending your item back.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Inspection: All returned products will be inspected before a refund is issued. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy standards.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms of this returns policy.
Although marked in-stock on our website, they may not be available for 1 day dispatch. This could be due to a shortage with YSS, an odd colour combination, discontinued item etc.

We have an ETA from YSS that could be up to 14 days. You will be notified ASAP, via email but if we have no response we will try and contact you via phone.

You’ll be of course offered a full refund if you didn’t want to wait the ETA.
